8 kylling lår
2 spiseskefulde olie
1 spiseskefuld peber
2 Kryddernelliker hvidløg knuste
1 røde løg hakkes
3 tsk karrypulver (eller smag)
1/2-1 cup stock (depending on how much broth you like)
1 lime
3 tankestreger hot pepper sauce
1/3 Cup usyrnede
1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Blend flour and pepper, and dredge thighs in mixture. Brown the chicken in oil. Remove chicken to a plate. Tilføj løg, hvidløg, and flour, and saute.
