Muslos de pollo indio con ingredientes de la receta de Curry y Lima:

3 cucharadas de harina
8 muslos de pollo
2 cucharadas de aceite
1 tablespoon pepper
2 dientes de ajo triturado
1 red onion chopped
3 cucharaditas de polvo de curry (o al gusto)
1/2-1 cup stock (depending on how much broth you like)
1 lime
3 guiones de salsa de ají
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 taza de cilantro fresco

Blend flour and pepper, and dredge thighs in mixture. Brown the chicken in oil. Remove chicken to a plate. Add onion, ajo, and flour, and saute. Añadir el caldo, Curry, pepper sauce and stir to blend well. Simmer mixture for 2 minutos, then bring to a boil and add chicken, lime zest and lime juice. Cook until chicken is cooked through. Add cilantro and sour cream just before serving.
