3 c. à soupe de farine
8 cuisses de poulet
2 c. à soupe huile

1 red onion chopped

1/2-1 cup stock (depending on how much broth you like)
1 lime
3 tirets de sauce au piment fort
1/3 Coupe à la crème sure
1/4 tasse de coriandre fraîche

Blend flour and pepper, and dredge thighs in mixture. Brown the chicken in oil. Remove chicken to a plate. Ajouter l'oignon, ail, and flour, and saute. Ajouter le bouillon, Curry, pepper sauce and stir to blend well. Simmer mixture for 2 minutes, then bring to a boil and add chicken, lime zest and lime juice. Cook until chicken is cooked through. Add cilantro and sour cream just before serving.
