3 linguri de făină
8 pulpe de pui
2 linguri de ulei
1 tablespoon pepper
2 catei de usturoi zdrobiti
1 red onion chopped
3 linguri curry pulbere (sau la gust)
1/2-1 cup stock (depending on how much broth you like)
1 lime
3 cratime sos fierbinte de piper
1/3 ceasca smantana
1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Indian Chicken Thighs with Lime and Curry Recipe Preparation Instructions:

Blend flour and pepper, and dredge thighs in mixture. Brown the chicken in oil. Remove chicken to a plate. Add onion, usturoi, and flour, and saute. Add broth, Curry, pepper sauce and stir to blend well. Simmer mixture for 2 minute, then bring to a boil and add chicken, lime zest and lime juice. Cook until chicken is cooked through. Add cilantro and sour cream just before serving.
