Aloo 餐 (印度的土豆 & 菠菜) 食谱成分:

2 丁香大蒜切碎
300 新鲜或冷藏的 g 菠菜
2 切碎的洋葱
1 寸鲜姜切碎
200 g waxy potatoes peeled and cubed
1-2 green chilies chopped with seeds
4 汤匙酥油或 4 汤匙黄油
1 茶匙姜黄
1 茶匙印度种成份时候香味
1 茶匙孜然种子
1/2 地面茶匙孜然
1/2 茶匙地面香菜

1 tablespoon fresh cream (可选)

Cook the spinach with garlic, 姜, onions and the green chillies in a frying pan for about 5-10 分钟. Remove from the pan and blend to a fine puree and keep aside. In the meantime boil the potatoes with salt and turmeric until done, 约 10 minutes and set aside when done. Heat ghee in a pan, fry the cumin seeds along with the spinach-onion paste and simmer for a few minutes. Add the cooked potatoes, 印度种成份的时候香味, coriander and cumin powder, also adding a little water if needed. Simmer for a few minutes until the potatoes absorb the flavour. Add fresh cream if desired.
